What I collect: Australian Slogan Cancels
|
Post by peter on Nov 24, 2022 13:22:38 GMT
Greetings
My name is Peter, from Australia, and my main collecting area is Australian postal history. Occasionally, I find myself exploring covers from or to foreign shores and that's when the wealth of knowledge on boards such as this really helps to create the complete postal history picture.
Good to meet you all! Peter

G'day, peter, and welcome to TSF! We have some members who are very knowledgeable about postal history on the Forum. One of my personal favorite threads in that area (perhaps you have already found it) is one started by Alex ( vikingeck) in Scotland: thestampforum.boards.net/thread/6391/postal-history-more-stamp-collectingI collect mainly stamps, but I do enjoy seeing what others are doing with covers and postal history, and I look forward to seeing some examples from your collection. Enjoy your time with us! -Chris Recently repatriated to the US after 5 years in Europe
