I found the same description (133b) as Clive mentioned above listed in my 2010 edition of Bale and catalogued at $50.00 in this edition.

Hi all. I'm Lou and I am finally introducing myself to you forum members. I've been collecting stamps off and on (mostly ON) for more than 60 years. My fascination with stamps began when I was 8 years old in the mid 1950's. I ordered the album and stamps advertised on the back of Nestles Quick! Anyone here remember that? That was just the beginning! I discovered that my neighbor, a WWII Army vet, was an advanced world-wide collector. He was a great mentor and source of much knowledge and many stamps. I never tired of visiting and watching him thumb through his 3 large Scott International albums! I retired from the US Navy in 1995 after 27 years service. I taught electronics at a technical college for another 18 years. I'm totally retired now, finally having the time to try to catch up on all those stamps that need mounting, reading articles, enjoying this forum, etc. Part of the fun, I think, is that I'll never get completely organized! I maintain a small WW collection, but most of my effort and funds go to my USA, Canada, Vatican City, Germany, Great Britain and Hungary collections. Wishing all a fantastic philatelic 2018!
