I don’t have that many plate blocks. The ones I have, I put in mounts and add pages to my album as necessary. Works well enough for me. Or I might add a Vario page.

My only other suggestions are what I need and collect beside US and Canada: post-2000 British, mid-century engraved French, USSR, and DDR. I'm sure you'll do a great giveaway, as always, Rene. I have a ton of USSR, in my collection and in Dups However, the UKRAINE situation does not stimulate me, at this time.....same with people who do not like Hitler on stamp . Dave, mid century FRANCE is what period ? DDR I gave away a long time ago so I do not collect - I have early Germany however René "Mid-century" probably wasn't the correct term. I'm thinking a bit broader than that. I'm referring to roughly 1935 to 1980, although there's some nice ones before and after those years. I am infatuated with those engraved French stamps from those years. They are beautiful.
And forget about a giveaway for those USSR stamps taking up space for you...just send them to me! lol

My choice would be recent Canada or Great Britain. Stamps from since 2000.They're tough to come by.

While I was emailing daveg28 I knew there was another Baseball cover I could include , If I could Find it ………………………...and find it I have! sooner than expected, my filing system still works sometimes. The plus is it is Dave's Home town, TOLEDO OHIO !! Maybe Dave is in the crowd here somewhere? mailing tomorrow Dave . A little update to this postcard. They are tearing down this old ballpark this summer (It actually started out a a horse race track). I was able to obtain a set of 3 seats from it. I plan to build a base for them, and set it by our backyard firepit.

I started out collecting worldwide when I was 11. I had a Harris Ambassador album. Soon after, I obtained a soft covered bound US album, but within a few years I moved up to a Harris Liberty US album. By my 30’s, I stuck to mainly US stamps, but didn’t say no to anything worldwide that came my way. At some point in there I switched to a set of Mystic Heirloom albums. I still use them. 6 binders now, 7th coming soon.
By the time I was in my 40’s, I started a Harris Canada album. I’ve since switch to Steiner pages. I’ve reined in the WW collection. In the last ten years, I’ve stuck with GB, France (mainly engraved stamps from the ‘30’s to the 80’s), and more recently, USSR and DDR.
Now, I’ve just turned 60, and I’m thinking I need to unload the WW material I still have. No interest in it any more. I’m sitting on a couple of index card boxes full of pre-1950 WW stamps in glassines, as well as three old Scott big blue albums given to me. I’ll probably finish removing the stamps from them and, I don’t know, use them for door stops?

That's pretty interesting. I've never seen these before. I don't read German, so I had to Google the translation of the inscription: "He who wants to save his people must think heroically." When I was a younger collector, I was always under the impression that it was somewhat illegal to own anything that had anything to do with the Third Reich, or had Hitler's face on it. When I cam across my first Hitler stamp, I felt a little naughty for having it. I was quite naive then, obviously. lol Now I find WWII era German stamps quite fascinating. What is the origin of these sheets with the gruesome caricature of Hitler? My Google search has yet to enlighten me on that.
Boy, a dive into 1930's Germany on Stamp World shows me some pretty intriguing stamps. Almost as interesting as the WWII era stamps. I may have to rethink my decision to only collect DDR from Germany. But then, these war era stamps are probably all fairly pricey.

I love it. Buy it, Terri! My quick Google search says St. Thomas W.I. is the Virgin islands. Is that correct?

Very interesting. I did not know that the Channel Islands were Nazi occupied during the war.

Dear Santa,
I have been a good, hard working boy this year. I’d like you to bring me some of the Colombians and Pan American series stamps I still don’t have. Wouldn’t mind any other pre-1920 stamps I don’t have. There’s a lot of them. Thank you! I’ll leave out for you some of my wife’s cookies.

Mounting all the French stamps I have. Time seems to be at a premium, and I told my wife that I will spend time this winter catching up.

I'd be careful about downloading and printing a perf gauge. If the scale is off at all, it won't help you. Good luck, hope it works out when you find it!

I'm wondering when we can expect the end of the Machins, and perhaps find album pages for them, complete? I had a site saved that had a nice set of album pages (in color!), but now I can't find it.

I've seen it wondered elsewhere...Does anyone think we'll see something similar to the Machins, with Charles' silhouette featured? Or will the definitives go in a completely different direction? I'm quite curious.

I have a wish list for my US collection, but I'll probably never fill it. I need the expensive early stamps (I don't have many from before 1900). So I mainly keep up on the current stamps, of which I am terribly behind on this year already. My other collections are a bit more obtainable still. I have gaping spaces in my Canada and Great Britain collections that should be relatively inexpensive to fill. France and East Germany collections are too new, so anything I obtain fills a space.

Holy cow! Those are really nice. I don't actively collect covers, but I do like military inspired ones. I have a few covers from WWII for ship launches, things like that. Thank you for sharing!

I don't know about the rest of you, but I have the hardest time getting the USA Phliatelic magazine. I'll get one, and then nothing for a while until I go to the website and request another. However, I've just received a second copy ...with a different cover...of the current issue featuring the pony car stamps. There must be a different cover for each stamp? I hope they send them all to me, if that's the case!
