Should there be a wealth of material from certain countries, then we can split it up at that time. These just arrived from Germany. GERMANY. Christmas 1964 and 1975 [2]. In Miniature Sheets. Londonbus1...more to come

I have seen a thread recently on Christmas seals and I'm hoping some of you may have some to share? Please post them if you have them.
Here are mine!

Here are mine! With respect, you may consider these would be be better posted under Cinderellas, local posts and ephemera, or under the country of origin. Posting under "General Discussion" your post will possibly vapourise after time, when not located in the area of interest.

Thank you Rod, I only posted them here in General discussion because I wanted to see world wide examples.

Thank you Rod, I only posted them here in General discussion because I wanted to see world wide examples. I see, it would be a shame to lose them over time though, I use a lot of these scans for reference when sorting my own material and the ability to find them is important. But I guess I can search "christmas seals" just as easy.

What would you have me do with this thread? Delete it and move it to the Cinderella section? I think you're correct as that's not country specific either.
Edit: OK, I just moved it. As Rod pointed out it just made good sense to do so. Thank you Rod.

This seemed like the best place to put these, since there's a bit of a mix. Found these earlier today in an envelope of mixed world stamps. Mostly Christmas labels (American Bible Society, Holy Childhood), all on paper. They'll receive a soaking shortly.
Goes to show you never know what you'll find.

I have finished mounting what I can of my Faroes. More coming in the mail some day. But here are the Faroes Christmas Seals in my collection. Not sure why it isn't complete to 1984 at least. I quit collecting for the most part in 1985. The '85 seal was recently purchased. I may get the rest, although the sheets of 30 (or whatever) all different I won't bother with.

Aha, this is the reason why I stopped! The 1982 issue - 6 designs. I guess I bought this sheet as it was included in my standing order account. I must have stopped that after this issue. I fiddled a bit with the scanner software, but this sheet didn't come out quite as I would have liked. But it is good enough. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow. It is late now!

The Danish Post at Christmas. They work hard as you can see. Female Postwomen even take there young on their backs while doing their rounds. Some fall over ! Some deliver live Geese who easily ruin the wrapping paper. Some deliver personally by way of Ships. (should this one go in the Ship category ?) Some carry Christmas Trees to those who cannot leave their homes or are just too Lazy. Yes, the Danish Post Persons are durable, hard-working and tough. And you see it all here on this part sheet of 1974 Christmas Seals !!! (But of course you knew it already) Londonbus1....neither durable or tough, but I work damned hard !!

The Danish Post at Christmas. Some fall over ! That one falling over must've been me! Wait a sec, I've never been to Denmark. Oh well, it must have been modelled after me!

On mounting the rest of my Faroes, I found a scrapbook that is housing full sheets, art & seals. So without further ado, here are some Christmas Seals from 1969 onwards... I'll start with my favourite from 1969... I am amazed that this one is still intact! Must be my favourite, as I love the Arctic.

Now for 1971. Unfortunately, the top selvedge is missing on all but one stamp, where it is folded over, and the left column is missing.

The Canadian Wildlife Federation also got into the Christmas Seals act way back when. There is a tiny copyright symbol on each stamp with 1976 as the date.

Last, but not least, the Canadian Wildlife Federation's 1974 Christmas Seals. This one is a rather large sheet with some perf separation at the bottom. Too large for my scanner, I didn't want to risk tearing the sheet apart. So I just took a quick photo of it.
