I came across a couple of rocket mail labels a while back. I have no idea whether this particular rocket was actually flown or not - I have seen some covers originating from the same rocket club that were used and stamped with the appropriate markings (strictly for philatelic purposes, of course). I have this label in two different colours (also strictly for philatelic purposes, I'm sure). Ryan

From the 1930's through to the 1960's. rocket mail was experimented on by many countries ... here are a few For those interested in this topic, the catalog by Ellington-Zwisler is possibly the best but hard to find & quite expensive. Andorra 1962 & Italy 1947 Cuba 1939 US - Mexico 1936 & 1935 Australia Britain - Gerhard Zucker test flights - unfortunately both attempts to impress the Royal Mail, the rockets exploded The items posted earlier are possibly part of a larger souvenir sheet

I can take care of the mail here last summer checking an igniter before place it in the motor ( all fibreglass rocket , 23 pounds )
