The 5 Lira and 10 Lira have a slightly larger format, and are engraved.

"Giuseppe Mazzini (22 June 1805 – 10 March 1872) was an Italian politician, journalist, activist for the unification of Italy, and spearhead of the Italian revolutionary movement. His efforts helped bring about the independent and unified Italy in place of the several separate states, many dominated by foreign powers, that existed until the 19th century. He also helped define the modern European movement for popular democracy in a republican state.
Mazzini's thoughts had a very considerable influence on the Italian and European republican movements, in the Constitution of Italy, about Europeanism, and on many politicians of later periods."

I have Michel PDFs but does not cover Italy - if you have it in PDF ?? René I need an ITALY PDF cat to identify my stamps repeat scan (just 1) I deleted the original post as it is a repeat and we do not like that

Since I am still doing Italy (Inventory and Mounting + checking dups) ran across these 3 beauties - Scott 143-144 - They look Mint but have no gum so my estimate is that they are "used" or what the Ebay sellers call Mint NG (!). As for CV, Used values are in Italic (Scott mentions stamp values in Italics generally refer to items that are difficult to value accurately) (The 2019 CV is $175 for each). René .....and the missing Lire was not scanned as I just found it so I have the complete set of 4, Scott 143-46 and the CV went up for the set....$700

Absent postmarks, I think you have to consider these as being unused, no gum.

Scott does not value these in unused, no gum condition. My point was that the absence of gum was not sufficient to characterize them as having been used. The valuation of those stamps would be less than that of the same stamps in unused, hinged condition -- less than $6.50 each (CV from the 2015 Classic Specialized).
