Issues from Libya in 2013 to commemorate the 2 nd anniversary of the revolution that toppled the Jamahiriya regime and show the new flag that replaced the previous featureless green field.  Note the ambiguous denomination "State of Libya" on the strip of three stamps. I found only one other stamp, issued immediately thereafter, that bears that same notation. I'll have to work on acquiring it too! |

Darn it huh? Every time I turn around, (or at least it seems that way!) there is another issue for the Montreal Olympics! I haven't mounted what I have yet. I suppose I'll never get a full set of stamps for this event!
