These two stamps were in the Nigeria lot I have been going through. The first was issued as part of a set of 4 in 1990 for the 30th Anniversary of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, more familiarly known as OPEC. The Sc. no. is 568.  This second stamp was issued in 1991 for the ECOWAS Summit in Abuja and is Sc. no. 581.  |

I also received the yearly set of Algerian stamps for 1977, among which these two showing solidarity with the peoples of Zimbabwe and Namibia:  I only needed a few of the Algerian stamps from that year, so you may see some included in the TSF Mystery packet once I have received it and pass it on! |

Some more flags featured on Gabon stamps:  Note the stamp at the bottom left, from the series about great events of the 20 th century, meant to illustrate the second World War but using the German banner from the Second, and not the Third, German Empire. Was that an oversight or trying to skirt anti hate-speech propaganda laws about not showing symbols of the regime? |

A straggler from the trades with renden, which I was showing last week. I found the stamp among a stack of bills today. My youngest son had been clumsy around my desk and made several piles of paper fall, including some stamps in the process of being put away, and it got misplaced in the shuffle. But it is found again, and I am very happy for it. This is the first issue for post-independence Togo:  |

A rather large issue commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Canadian Flag. It measures 3½ x 5½ (90mm x 140mm). I can't give you a catalog number as I've only got a 2014 Unitrade.   |

That one was issued February 15, 2015, Unitrade 2808. 300,000 were printed of this guy. I need this one for my collection, along 2807, the smaller "P" stamp. I never thought of looking in the APS store to see if they had them! D'uh!
