New arrival, from the 1992 set of the recurring French Polynesian series on artists in Polynesia, this painting of a vase with flowers in bloom: Great stamp - having lived 3 weeks on TAHITI with a 10 day cruise of the Islands, snorkeling in Bora Bora and the Cook Islands (NZ) - each time a stamp of Polynésie Fr appears......chills - It is a good 12 hour flight from where I live - worth it !! I even gave a course on the Cruise (for Docs) in Cardiac Rehab - US$500 for my 1 hour speach but that was not the important thing - the Polynésie Francaise was - ! René |
