I noted several several souvenir sheets issued to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the death of Sir Roland Hill, but not this one,
The stamp-on-stamp here is a bit of a misnomer, because the 1d Tristan da Cunha issue depicted will not be found in any stamp catalogue...

stanley64 .....It's a Cinderella Stamp on Postage Stamps !! That would make for an interesting collection. Or maybe vice-versa !!?? The 4 Pototoes stamp was actually printed and known to have been used locally on occasion. The design, along with others was unadopted by the powers that be. They would have made for a cracking series of postage stamps. But now they are only a scarce Cinderella instead.

Indeed Londonbus1 and similar to the character in the fairy tale, this sticker, local stamp or Cinderella would too be transformed and be given Postage Stamp Status with its inclusion of the original design in a “stamp-on-stamp” issue honouring no other than Sir Rowland Hill, inventor of the penny postage.
Quite the transformation I would say and befitting an invite to the ball…
