What I collect: My focus is on Wild Mammals on maximum cards. Occasionally, I get or create maximum cards with other animals, or any other topic.

Let's say I want to create a maxicard with the great cruise ship MSC Poesia. Why? Because my friends Vadim Diaconescu and Camelia Dumitrescu work now onboard! Which stamp would be the most concordant? "MSC Poesia is a cruise ship owned and operated by MSC Cruises. She was built in 2008 by the Aker Yards shipyard in St. Nazaire, France. She is a sister ship to MSC Musica, MSC Orchestra, and MSC Magnifica.[6][3][10]" en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/MSC_PoesiaIs there any stamp featuring any one of them? Maybe I can design a personalized stamp with it, in Italy, Switzerland or Panama (?), to have some connection. But it doesn't have post office onboard; there goes my plan to get paquebot mail... So, how else can I get a paquebot mail postmark, preferably on a maxicard, from ANY ship in the world today? I almost got one from Marion Dufresne, but the postmark ink has been ruined by the glossy postcard... |
