On Nov 1, I mailed a package of GB covers to cursus in Barcelona but was getting a bit concerned they had not arrived at his address.. today my package thumped through my letter box returned and not delivered to Joan. Correos , the Spanish post marked it for return due to “ missing Customs declaration “. See the pink now in order to find my return address they need the back , and what the (blankety blank) is that big white label ..?  Perhaps the missing HS Tariff no. & Country of Origin information caused it to receive the "Missing..." stamp at some point. If those HST codes are universal, the code # 9704000 is for "Stamps and Collections" within the "Arts and Collectibles" category here in the United States and should be the same in Scotland. |
